We are absolutely delighted to announce the grand opening of our new Pre-School room at Kindred St Ives in Cambridgeshire on Saturday 7th March.
We were honoured to be joined by the Mayor of St Ives, Councillor Julie Kerr for the official opening ceremony. It was a proud moment for our entire team watching her cut the ceremonial ribbon alongside our CEO Laura Wardley-Smith, Area Manager Clare Pook, and the wonderful manager of St Ives, Shelia Herbert.
How is Kindred St Ives' New Pre-School Room Designed to Inspire Learning?
Our new pre-school space features carefully curated learning areas which reflect a strong focus on school readiness, including phonics, early maths, independence skills, and plenty of Kindred awe and wonder!
Thoughtfully designed with a home-from-home feel, our room utilises cosy corners, natural textures, and resources to encourage calm, confidence, and curiosity. By mirroring the warmth of the family home, our children feel safe and empowered to explore, build relationships, and develop their independence; all the essential ingredients needed for a smooth transition to school.
Our new space is a wonderful reflection of the Kindred mission to provide truly exceptional early years education within a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment.
