Thanks to this partnership, any new eligible practitioners who join our permanent team will receive a special £1000 bonus after completing 6 months in post!
This incentive is a direct tax and NI free payment to you, recognising the value you bring to the sector.
Check your eligibility
You could be eligible for this special £1000 Early Years incentive if you meet the following criteria:
- You must be starting a permanent role at a group-based early years setting that delivers the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum.
- You have not worked in a permanent role within the last 6 months.
- Your role involves spending 70% or more of your time working directly with children.
