After our passion, what is the next most important thing you should know about us?
That’s easy: our incredible staff! Pure and simple. They are the heart of our family and what makes us unique. Our inspiring and passionate staff are the reason we hold the coveted ‘Top 20 Nursery Group 2018’ award and, year after year, are recognised in the prestigious NMT Nursery Awards.
Dedicated to being the best that a family could ask for, our nursery staff are constantly developing themselves through our training programme run by childcare and EYFS experts. It is not just our little ones who are the passionate lifelong learners here at Kindred!
Hi I'm Kelly. I decided to begin my career in childcare after helping out as a parent at my son's nursery and seeing the rewards of working with children.
I now have over 20 years of experience, as well as a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and qualifications covering first aid, food hygiene and child safeguarding.
Most importantly, I have a passion for helping children develop and having worked my way up from a nursery practitioner, I now manage a thriving nursery with happy children and caring staff.
Hello, my name is Rachel. I have worked in childcare since leaving college over 20 years ago. It's something I have always wanted to do, and I enjoy every minute.
I hold an NNEB Diploma (NVQ Level 4) as well as qualifications in Leadership, food hygiene and first aid.
I enjoy helping our children learn new things and developing new skills that they will need later in life. Seeing them achieve these milestones is always so rewarding.
