That’s easy: our incredible staff! Pure and simple. They are the heart of our family and what makes us unique. Our inspiring and passionate staff are the reason we hold the coveted ‘Top 20 Nursery Group 2018’ award and, year after year, are recognised in the prestigious NMT Nursery Awards.
Dedicated to being the best that a family could ask for, our nursery staff are constantly developing themselves through our training programme run by childcare and EYFS experts. It is not just our little ones who are the passionate lifelong learners here at Kindred!

Nursery Manager
Hello, my name is Chelsey, and I am the Nursery Manager here at Kindred Durrington.
I have a Foundation Degree in Early Years and have worked in Childcare for 10 years, starting my journey as an apprentice. During this time, I have held a variety of roles and completed different qualifications, whilst developing new skills and interests along the way.
I joined Kindred Durrington in January 2024 and have a passion for creating enabling environments and ensuring every child has access to a range if meaningful learning opportunities.

Hi, I'm Karli and I am the Deputy Manager as well as a Room Leader here at Kindred Durrington.
I started my career as an apprentice back in 2019 and after having been in the setting for 4 years I have progressed.
I have always had a passion for safeguarding children and showing respectful care.
