What makes Kindred West Bridgford unique?

At Kindred West Bridgford Nursery and Pre-school, our pride and joy is our specially designed children's kitchen, perfectly sized for little hands. Here, our mini chefs can chop, stir, and create with confidence building independence and those all important fine motor skills along the way. It's a truly special space and a much-loved highlight for our families.

Outdoors, our large garden is full of opportunities to play and discover, from sensory-rich mud kitchens and sandpits to wooden climbing apparatus that inspires adventure. We're lucky to have access to a nearby orchard where our children pick their own fruit and our close neighbours at the farm bring daily joy as the children watch the horses relaxing just outside our windows.

Age Range: We offer care for children from 3 Months up to 5 Years
Opening Hours: We are open 08:00 - 18:00, 51 weeks of the year.
Ofsted Rating: We are proud to have been rated Good by Ofsted at their last visit on 29th July 2022.
Location: We are located in Adbolton Lodge, West Bridgford near Nottingham.

Government Funding: We accept all government funding including 30 free hours. Please speak to staff for eligibility details.
Enrichment Activities: Cooking
Food Provisions: Fresh meals from our accredited menu prepared daily by our on-site chef.

Join us for a Valentine’s-Themed Messy Play session, full of creativity, fun, and sensory exploration! Children can enjoy painting, gluing, and crafting with hearts, colors, and textures, encouraging imagination, fine motor skills, and self-expression. A playful, hands-on experience where little ones can celebrate love and friendship in a safe, vibrant, and memorable environment.

During our Loose Parts Play session, children can explore, create, and experiment using open-ended materials. From building, stacking, and balancing to imaginative storytelling, little ones develop problem-solving skills, creativity, and independence. A hands-on, stimulating session that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and confidence, all in a safe, playful environment designed for endless possibilities.

Join us for a Parent Workshop: Meet the Chef & Explore Our Menus, where you can discover how we create healthy, balanced, and delicious meals for your little ones. Meet our chef, learn about our nutritional approach, ask questions, and gain tips for mealtime at home. A tasty, informative session designed to inspire and reassure parents.
