Nursery Group of the Year
Nursery Group of the Year
After our passion, what is the next most important thing you should know about us?
That’s easy: our incredible staff! Pure and simple. They are the heart of our family and what makes us unique. Our inspiring and passionate staff are the reason we hold the coveted ‘Top 20 Nursery Group 2018’ award and, year after year, are recognised in the prestigious NMT Nursery Awards.
Dedicated to being the best that a family could ask for, our nursery staff are constantly developing themselves through our training programme run by childcare and EYFS experts. It is not just our little ones who are the passionate lifelong learners here at Kindred!
Prab Ryat
Nursery Manager
Hello, I am Prab the Nursery Manager here at Kindred Hanwell.
I have worked in childcare for a number of years and hold the following qualifications. Level 2 in Early Years and Education, Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development, Level 4 NVQ in Management and a Foundation Degree in Early Years.
Bekki Brophy
Deputy Manager
Hi, my name is Bekki and I have been working for Kindred since 2010. I started as a trainee practitioner, progressing to Room Leader and then to Deputy Manager here at Kindred Hanwell.
I have improved my skills to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children to thrive in. My passion for early childhood development has driven me to excel in areas such as in the moment planning and staff leadership. Throughout the years, I have developed a deep understanding of children's learning and development and formed strong relationships with our parents. My commitment in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere has not only been my professional mission but also a personal fulfilment in shaping the future of the little ones in our care.
Jess Brophy
Deputy Manager
Hi, my name is Jess. I have been at Kindred Hanwell since 2019, having previously worked at the setting before this.
I am Level 3 qualified and really enjoy working with all ages of children whilst supporting them with their learning and developing their skills.
Working with children is such a rewarding job and you learn something new everyday.
