After our passion, what is the next most important thing you should know about us?
That’s easy: our incredible staff! Pure and simple. They are the heart of our family and what makes us unique. Our inspiring and passionate staff are the reason we hold the coveted ‘Top 20 Nursery Group 2024’ award and, year after year, are recognised in the prestigious NMT Nursery Awards and Nursery World Awards.
Dedicated to being the best that a family could ask for, our nursery staff are constantly developing themselves through our training programme run by childcare and EYFS experts. It is not just our little ones who are the passionate lifelong learners here at Kindred!
Hello, my name is Nicola, and I am the nursery manager here at Kindred Beeston.
I joined the nursery team back in March 2018 as a nursery practitioner and I have gained lots of invaluable knowledge and new skills. I have worked in every position working my way up to Nursery manager. I am also the nursery Senco. I have been working in childcare since 2007 and I have experience in all ages and stages of development. I currently hold a level 5 in Childcare and Education which I achieved through attending university.
I am very passionate about childcare. I want to give the children the best experiences and the best start to their education. I love watching the children progress, grow and develop across the nursery and I find it very rewarding.
Hi, my name is Jade, and I am the Deputy Manger here at Kindred Beeston.
I have recently returned to the Kindred family after having left for a year to progress in my role. I started here as an apprentice, achieving my Level 3 and then worked my way up to Deputy Manager.
I believe that children are the future and so I put my all into helping them progress and understand the world around them. I find it so rewarding to watch them grow and learn and find their own personalities. I understand all children are individuals and love getting to know them and working out ways to tailor their learning experiences.
