Meet Our Kindred Lowdham Nursery Staff
After our passion, what is the next most important thing you should know about us?
That’s easy: our incredible staff! Pure and simple. They are the heart of our family and what makes us unique. Our inspiring and passionate staff are the reason we hold the coveted ‘Top 20 Nursery Group 2018’ award and, year after year, are recognised in the prestigious NMT Nursery Awards.
Dedicated to being the best that a family could ask for, our nursery staff are constantly developing themselves through our training programme run by childcare and EYFS experts. It is not just our little ones who are the passionate lifelong learners here at Kindred!
Hi, I'm Kelly. I started my early years journey as a nursery practitioner after completing my level 3 diploma in Childcare and Education. I then worked my way up, gaining many new skills along the way and invaluable experience and knowledge. I became a Room Leader, then Deputy Manager and now the Manager.
I really enjoy being part of each child's development and helping the to learn in fun and engaging ways. I have a passion to run the nursery on the basis of providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment.
Deputy Nursery Manager
Hi, I'm Rebecca. I have worked in childcare since 2014 and began my career working as a nursery apprentice completing my Level 3 qualification. I have worked my way up to a qualified practitioner, room leader and now as our Deputy Manager.
I enjoy working within the rooms to ensure that children are safe and happy in our care, providing experiences they will thrive from and helping them to develop their abilities as independent children who are confident at nursery.

Sarah Tayler is a Senior Nursery Manager at our Kindred Hainault nursery and has over 18 years childcare experience.
