At Kindred Cambridge, we've created a warm, home-from-home environment where every child feels safe and supported.
Our dedicated baby room is one of the cosiest in Cambridge providing a calm, nurturing space with highly personalised care.
Many of our team are long-standing staff, passionate about creating a strong family-like atmosphere rooted in trust and genuine relationships with every family we welcome.
Our children love exploring the world around them, enjoying regular outings into the local community and visits to nearby nature spots, sparking curiosity and a love for the outdoors.
After our passion, what is the next most important thing you should know about us?
That’s easy: our incredible staff! Pure and simple. They are the heart of our family and what makes us unique. Our inspiring and passionate staff are the reason we hold the coveted ‘Top 20 Nursery Group 2024’ award and, year after year, are recognised in the prestigious NMT Nursery Awards and Nursery World Awards.
Dedicated to being the best that a family could ask for, our nursery staff are constantly developing themselves through our training programme run by childcare and EYFS experts. It is not just our little ones who are the passionate lifelong learners here at Kindred!
Hi I'm Katie and I have worked at the nursery for over18 years and worked my way up, becoming manager in 2021.
I have a degree in Linguistics and am an Early Years Teacher.
My passion is for giving children the best start in life and I love leading the staff team at the nursery to ensure that they give the children the best care and learning opportunities in order to thrive.

Combining her passions for childcare and the outdoors, Jo Monery, Deputy Manager at Kindred Cheshunt, chats to us about the journey which lead the nursery to receive the coveted RHS Level 5 award in School Gardening.
Has British Science Week left you looking for more fun and educational activities to do at home with your children? Well, look no further than your cupboards! There are plenty of easy science experiments you can do using just simple ingredients you may already have laying around at home.
Amidst the current financial crisis, rising costs have made it imperative, more now than ever, to be smarter with our spending. That’s why we’ve put together a list of some of the best ways to save some pennies when it comes to nursery fees.
