That’s easy: our incredible staff! Pure and simple. They are the heart of our family and what makes us unique. Our inspiring and passionate staff are the reason we hold the coveted ‘Top 20 Nursery Group 2024’ award and, year after year, are recognised in the prestigious NMT Nursery Awards.
Dedicated to being the best that a family could ask for, our nursery staff are constantly developing themselves through our training programme run by childcare and EYFS experts. It is not just our little ones who are the passionate lifelong learners here at Kindred!

I have worked for the same childcare setting for my entire career. Starting as a student then as a qualified Nursery Nurse when I achieved my NNEB qualification.
I have always been passionate about the children in my care, and they are always at the heart of everything I do and the decisions I make. I believe that when a child feels safe, secure and happy in our care their learning will naturally flourish and progress.
I am always looking to further my knowledge with courses to enhance my practice and in 2012 I completed my BA Honours in Early Childhood Studies as well as my Early Years Professional Status.
Throughout my 32 year career in childcare I have used my experience and knowledge to enhance the lives of the children I care for and support my fellow colleagues.
