#SMILE Challenge

We are passionate about our children's mental health and well-being, so today we launch our summer challenge #SMILE - join the challenge and make our children #SMILE. 

Today we are launching our summer challenge. We are passionate about our children's mental health and well-being , and are dedicating the month of July to making our children #SMILE.
We are focusing on 5 areas of #SMILE and there are challenges for every day in July! 

 

  • Staying active: the best way to create that smile is to keep moving.
  • Mindfulness: Good health and well-being is essential for people of all ages, and the best way to form healthy habits is to start from a young age. 
  • Isolation games and activities: Boredom sparks imagination, but sometimes we all need a little help for ideas
  • Laughter: is, and will always be the best form of therapy
  • Experiences: creating awe and wonder moments and memories.

During July, we are running a competition for the best #SMILE  Challenge photo. Upload a photo of your child completing one of our challenges to the Kindred Facebook page with the #SMILE and you can be in with a chance to win £50 vouchers.
